Terms and Conditions

Financial transactions carried out via the above online facility are provided through Commonwealth Bank.
The Commonwealth Bank will collect your payment details, including credit card number, and will then use these details to authenticate and undertake the transaction with your bank.
You are advised to familiarise yourself with the security aspects of internet transactions before using this or any other Internet-based transaction service. You should also ask your bank to explain their credit card use policy as it applies to online transactions and their Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Dispute Process.
Under the Commonwealth Bank, all personal details are transmitted under 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology to prevent unauthorised access to the information during the transaction process.
Commonwealth Bank will provide AusHealth with the necessary details of each transaction, including the last four digits of the credit card number that are used as a reference.
At no time will AusHealth have access to your private financial details.
All details provided to AusHealth will be stored and managed in accordance with our privacy statement.
ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS (EFT)
If you make a payment by EFT, you will be able to use the AusHealth details from the Invoice to make payment via EFT with your financial institution.
Please note the payment reference number will be different for each invoice.
It is important for international money transfers to always populate the Account Number and Payment Reference Number using the unique identifiers provided on the Invoice. If incorrect numbers are applied the funds may not be correctly allocated and could be returned unprocessed.
If you’re sending an international payment please ensure you enter the SWIFT code which is provided on the invoice.

 

Refund Policy

The Aushealth Hospitals Research Fund accepts all donations in good faith.
Once a donation is received by The Aushealth Hospitals Research Fund, we cannot give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, that we ask that you make your decision to donate to us carefully.
Please note:
• We will refund if there was an error made by The Aushealth Hospitals Research Fund, one of our representatives or our financial institution;
• We may refund if the donor entered the wrong amount;
• We may refund if there are exceptional circumstances;

You have up to 60 days to notify The Aushealth Hospitals Research Fund of any errors and make a refund request in writing.
