Welcome Roseanne Healy to the AusHealth Board

Managing Director Greg Johansen is delighted to announce the appointment of Roseanne Healy to the role of Director on the AusHealth Board.
Roseanne is an accomplished non-executive director with more than 30 years of leadership experience in legal, risk, finance and corporate governance.
She began her career in investment banking at JB Were and has since held senior roles as CEO, executive and advisor in both public and private sector organisations. Her industry expertise spans infrastructure, banking, resources, agriculture and technology.
Currently, Roseanne serves as the Managing Director of Enterprise Corporation, a boutique corporate advisory and private equity firm; she also chairs Mayfield Childcare Limited and VeroGuard System Pty Ltd and is a non-executive director on the Murray Darling Basin Authority and Australian Grain Technologies Pty Ltd.
