TREATMENT FEE ESTIMATES
Treatment Fee Estimates are generally provided in writing, once medical data has been reviewed by our medical specialist(s).
Once our Treatment Fee Estimate has been reviewed by the client, a form will be forwarded for signing. The form identifies the person or persons responsible for payment of all medical fees.
Note: Fees provided are estimates only. All fees shall ultimately be charged on a fee for service basis.
Payments in accordance with the Fee Estimate will (in most cases) be required prior to treatment and / or arrival in Australia.
Payment may be forwarded in any of the following ways:
- Telegraphic Transfer
- Credit Card
- Direct Bank Deposit
- Cash
- Bank Cheque
