EMERGENCY PATIENTS
Patients admitted to hospital via the Accident and Emergency Department, once settled into their room, will be visited by one of our International Patient Co-ordinators.
Our International Patient Co-ordinators will assist the Patient with finalising payment arrangements for their hospital stay.
This may involve:
- Contacting the international insurance or assistance company on behalf of the Patient
- Obtaining written guarantee for medical fees from the insurance company and / or Patient
- Providing medical details to the insurance company
- Finalising invoice
- Obtaining payment from the insurance company and/or Patient.
