APPOINTMENTS AND / OR ADMISSION TO HOSPITAL

An Aushealth representative will assist with appointments and / or admission to hospital once the following has occurred:

• Medical information has been received
• Medical information has been reviewed by medical specialist
• A Treatment Fee Estimate has been provided to the patients
• "Acknowledgment of Responsibility for Payment" form has been signed
• Advance payment has been received
• Medical treatment Visa has been issued by the Visa Department of the Australian Embassy or Consulate
